Which is: following orders.
You have it. You fired your own brother.

By observing how, I was testing you too.
You have no idea what the goal is;
let alone what capacity is required for it.
The goal is to maintain discipline.
My brother was a mole. So selfish.
I fired him for he was a threat to the goal.
You didn’t even know, did you?
You wanted him gone only because
he was a threat to your ambitions.
You focused only on my ability
to draw blood of my kin for an order.
I’m focusing on the fact that you think
discipline is in dictations of your whims.
Same as my brother. That’s paradoxical.
Of course I can make hard choices;
but only by vigilance; not obedience.”
– “Kid, you think I’ll let you go so easily?
I’ll destroy you.”
– “Oh dear, my mistake. Let me clarify.
When I said goodbye,
I wasn’t talking about me quitting my job.
I was letting you know you’re fired.”
– “What?”
– “I’m the new CEO of this company.
And this is my way of testing people.
Pretending to be a mid-level manager
has its perks.
Everybody respects upper command.
That’d have blinded me.
But a lot can be learned by observing
how people treat those under their command.
And you, dear sir, failed my test.”
