Fear isn’t about what scares us.
Fear is information of what we’re scared to lose.
If we accept it and strengthen it, we win.
If we reject it and remain in denial of growth,
fear turns to insecurity.
Anger isn’t about who offends us.
Anger is information of what’s vulnerable in us.
If we accept it and fortify it, we win.
If we reject it and remain in denial of growth,
anger turns to hatred.
Loss isn’t about who left us.
Loss is information of our dependencies on them.
If we accept it and build independence, we win.
If we reject it and remain in denial of growth,
loss turns to grief.
Guilt isn’t about mistakes.
Guilt is about false self-image of perfection.
If we accept it and rectify that self, we win.
If we reject it and remain in denial of growth,
guilt turns to remorse.
Accept reality. Stay true to it.
